1.1课题研究背景
传统的沥青计量是测量人员使用投尺法测量沥青液位高度,再根据液位高度值测量流量值,这种测量方法的缺点较多,一是测量精度不高,温度和密度的测量误差最终导致流量的测量误差;二是不够人性化,测量员在任何恶劣环境都要进行测量;三是不能实现随时随地测量;四是人为测量误差无法避免。因此,开发沥青连续自动计量系统显得非常重要。
在沥青公路施工过程中,也经常使用沥青。而在公路建造中使用的沥青是一种具有弹状,粘状和可塑性的流体性物质,在高温时融化呈液态,低温凝固变成固体,因此在沥青储存、加工、使用的各种过程中要对沥青流量进行测量,用常规的方法,比如流量计测量都是行不通的。目前各单位使用的测量方法大部分是地磅测量,这个测量方法有很多缺点:(1)必须通过多人合作测量,这样会降低工作效率,而且误差较大;(2)人为导致的测量误差无法避免;(3)由于沥青从车上搬运到地磅上比较麻烦,降低了工作效率;(4)在工作量较大的道路建造中,地磅测量也不方便。所以,沥青连续自动计量的问题影响着公路建造行业的发展,无法得到有效解决。本次设计就是开发一个测量精度高、运行成本低的沥青连续计量系统,应用于公路建造行业,对沥青流量现场连续计量。能实现测量精度高,运行成本低,使用方法简单,尽可能实现较好的测量效果。同时通过提高测量精度推动计量技术发展。 51单片机沥青连续计量系统程序设计(2):http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_21772.html
