摘要在电动汽车充电设备中,电能计量是一项基本功能,而充电过程的实时监控对于充电过程的安全至关重要。电动汽车交流充电桩是一种方便快捷的电动汽车充电设备,但传统交流充电桩内部模块分散严重,体积过于庞大,不利于设备安装、调试以及日常文护。通过整合原有功能模块,将系统重新划分为电能计量及系统监控、充电导引、语音播放、数据存储和通信等模块。分别从原理方案、硬件电路和软件编程三个方面对系统进行设计,研制出系统样机。经过测试,系统能够实现多充电口同时充电、充电过程实时监控、语音提示、数据存储、通信和系统文护升级等功能,为充电设备、特别是多用户充电设备的智能化、轻型化发展提供技术途径。28410

Title design of multi-channel power metering and charging process real-time monitor and control system
Abstract
In the electric vehicle charging equipment, energy metering is a basic function, and real-time monitoring of the charging process is essential for the safety of the charging process. Electric car alternating current charging pile is a convenient electric vehicle charging equipment. However,the traditional alternating current charging piles have severe dispersion modules and too large size , which is not conducive to equipment installation, commissioning and routine maintenance. By integrating existing modules, the system is reclassified as energy metering and system monitoring, charging guidance, voice playback, data storage and communications modules. Respectively, designing system from the principle of the program, hardware and software programming , and developing a system prototype. After testing, the system can achieve many capabilities ,such as more ports charging simultaneously , charging process real-time monitoring, voice prompts, data storage ,communications , system maintenance and upgrade. Providing technical approach for the intelligent and lighter development of charging devices, especially for multi-user intelligent charging device.
