摘要二十一世纪,工业对电力系统的要求不仅越来越迫切,而且对安全性、可靠性提出更严格的要求。参照了任务书上所给工厂的数据,也依据它的实际情况进行总降压变电所及其高压供配电设计。第一步根据提供的资料做了工厂负荷计算,考量了无功补偿的问题,以此为依据选择了变压器容量及台数。接着确定总降压变电所在厂区里的地理位置,总降变电所使用单母线分段方式接线。之后,选择了变电所主要电气设备、电缆母线,然后对他们进行了各项指标的校验。然后对二次侧继电保护整定计算并且安装了二次侧的一些自动装置,最后进行防雷的保护和计算安装接地装置,最终作出了工厂平面图、电气主接线图、变电所平面布置图、和防雷接地布置图以及二次侧自动装置的原理图等。30237

Title The Design of Dropping Voltage Substation and High-voltage Distribution System of XX Metallurgical and Machinery
Abstract
The development of industry in the 21st century not only brings about urgent demand on the progress of Power System, but also brings forth even more stern requirements of its safety and reliability. In addition to the data provided in the project design assignment, the actual situation is also considered in the design of general dropping voltage substation and its high voltage distribution system. In the first step, the factory load is calculated based on the given data, and the capacity and number of transformer are selected in accordance with the problem of reactive power compensation. The connection of single bus with subsection is adopted in the substation.In the second step, the main electrical equipment and the cable bus of the substation is checked, and the setting of secondary side relay protection is calculated. Moreover, the automatic device is installed ,and the lightning protection and grounding device are designed.In the final step, the electric main wiring diagram, the plane arrangement maps of the substation, the lightning grounding arrangement diagram and the schematic diagram of secondary side automatic device are drawn.
