空调系统是智能建筑中楼控系统的主要组成部分,但与此同时其又是耗能大户。因此,节能成为人们普遍关注的问题。作为智能建筑的节能措施之一的变风量空调系统,其属于全空气系统,它具有全空气系统的一些优点;能够节约风机运行能耗和减少风机装机容量;除此之外,该系统的灵活性较好,易于改、扩建,尤其适用于格局多变的建筑。因此逐渐成为楼宇自动化空调系统设计的主要趋势。
本文首先介绍了变风量空调系统和智能楼宇管理系统,然后对变风量空调系统的控制构成和控制方法作了分析和详细的说明。
随后论述了在充分利用智能楼宇设备资源及其智能化特点的基础上 ,对智能楼宇变风量空调系统进行节能控制 ,使其达到最佳的运行效果和节能效果的一些方法和思路。
最后以典型变风量空调系统为控制模型,以智能楼宇管理系统以及直接数字控制器等相关产品为研究平台,在实际工程项目中设计并应用了变风量空调系统。通过分析确定了工程项目中变风量空调系统的监控点数、设备的选型,并运用组态软件设计系统,证明本文所设计的研究方案在达到良好控制效果的同时也获得了满意的节能效果。
