【摘要】众所周知,电疗就是一种常见的物理疗法,它利用不同类型的电流和电磁场治疗疾病。电疗的方式多种多样,细分可以分为直流电疗法、直流电药物离子导入疗法、静电疗法、低频脉冲电疗法、中频脉冲电疗法、高频电疗法等等。这种疗法是不需要患者服用和注射药物,因此对肝、肾无损伤、而且治疗过程中痛苦也减轻了很多、其治疗的范围较广,特别对神经、肌肉病变治疗效果特别的明显,因而在临床上电疗仪应用于患者的康复治疗是十分普遍的。32075
本论文选用Atmel公司的低功耗的AT89S51单片机为控制核心,依据电疗仪的电疗的机理, 完成时间显示及倒计时、键盘扫描以及输出治疗波形等功能。本论文结合了现代便携式智能医疗器械的研发现状,同时又提出新的思路,从而为开发新的医疗器械提供了一定的设计参考思路。
该毕业设计主要分成优尔大部分:电疗仪原理介绍、总体设计方案拟定、硬件设计、PCB印刷电路板、软件设计、调试与仿真。这优尔大部分缺一不可,电疗仪原理的介绍与说明是进行电疗仪设计的理论基础;总体设计方案的拟定,是在认真分析设计任务的前提下,查阅相关文献资料,对之后要进行的具体设计拟定初步的设计内容、方向以及步骤,是相当重要的一项准备工作,使后面的设计工作能够有序的展开,有条不紊;硬件设计与软件设计是本次毕业设计的重头戏,硬件设计是软件设计的基础,软件设计又是硬件设计实现其功能的必要条件。如果硬件比作人体的骨骼肉体,那么软件就可以比作是人的大脑。在硬件设计与软件设计都设计完毕的基础上,实现其联合调试与仿真又是至关重要的一步,只有硬件和软件紧密的联合起来,才能让电疗仪完整的工作起来;在硬件设计结束后,则是PCB印刷电路板的模拟。由于本次毕业设计时间有限,没有办法实现PCB板的实际印刷,从而以实物来展示此次毕业设计的成果,因此需要在Proteus中模拟的进行PCB布板,并且这也是实际印刷电路板之前必不可少的一步,可以在模拟的过程中更合理的安排布线,因此PCB印刷电路板的模拟是投入生产之前的关键步骤。

This paper introduces the electrotherapy instruments the history and the present situation, developed a portable intelligent electrotherapy instrument.
