摘要:本课题主要完成一个由太阳能供电的半导体制冷箱的设计和制作,可在野外或者户外其他环境下为少量药品或者食品等需要低温储存的物体暂时冷藏。设计物体主要由三个部分构成——太阳能光伏电板,半导体制冷片和蓄电池。连接部分为一个太阳能发电的控制器,温度控制部分为单片机。太阳能的优点就是环保节能,而半导体制冷,不仅不依靠任何制冷剂,而且不产生噪音,优势显著,其应用也有着十分广阔的前景。本课题将太阳能与半导体制冷结合起来,设计制作一个便携式太阳能供电半导体制冷药箱兼得了两者的优点。在设计过程中遇到了许多困难,如:制冷片散热和风冷的方法,散热和风冷的结构,箱体结构设计,温度传感器的选用,保温材料的选用,太阳能光伏发电板的选用和组装,电能供应连接问题等。在老师的帮助下,通过查询资料和自己DIY,最终将问题一一解决。3870
