摘要自动武器的抽壳即抽壳机构将发射后的弹壳从弹膛内抽出的过程。自动武器的抽壳是一个瞬态动力学过程,耦合了许多复杂的因素。射击时子弹不抽壳对于自动武器来说是致命性的。为了尽量减免不抽壳故障,有必要对抽壳机构进行动态应力测试,以便更好地了解其真实的受力情况,这对自动武器的机构设计和强度分析都有重要的意义。
本毕业论文对5.8mm自动步枪的抽壳力进行了测试,组建了基于PCI总线的数据采集系统。通过在机头上粘贴应变片组成了应变式测力传感器,来感受抽壳力的变化,经动态应变仪对信号放大后将其送入数据采集系统进行处理,并对测试系统进行了标定。基于图形化应用软件LabVIEW 2010编写了相关测试软件,采用模块化设计方法,实现了静态标定、参数设置、数据采集、生成报表等功能。
通过试验,采集到子弹抽壳过程中抽壳力的变化情况。实验结果表明,该技术方案是可行的。6238

Title Measuring System for Extraction Force Based on LabVIEW
Abstract
The cartridge extraction of automatic weapons is a process which the extractor extract the cartridge case from chamber. The cartridge extraction of automatic weapons is a process of transient dynamics, that couple a lot of perplexed factors. Therefore, it need to have a dynamic stress analysis of the extractor, and it can better reflect the situation of force, that have a great significance to mechanism design and strength analysis of automatic weapons. This paper states a method of measuring the extraction force of automatic rifle of 5.8mm diameter and building the data acquisition system based on PCI.Composing the strain sensor by pasting strain slice on the bolt to recepting the change of extraction force . The signals are amplified by dynamic resistance strain Instrument and transformed to data acquisition system to processing and calibrating. The thesis uses the graphic software LabVIEW2010 to design the software system, and software system chooses the modularized design. The software system has the function of static calibration、parameter setting、file save、data acquisition etc.
The change of Extraction Force can be got by experiment. The results show that this technical scheme is feasible.
