高压开关柜无线测温系统设计

分析列举出无线测温系统设备的工作原理、性能的指标、安装方式及传输信号的方式。研究结果表明:采用无线电波进行温度信号传输的无线测温方式

摘要:对温度的监测和控制是非常重要的工作。而高压开光柜是众多发电厂、电力公司、大小企业变压站中不可缺少的物体。若开关柜承载过大的电流或者柜内电气接头/触头接触电阻过大,将会导致局部过热、超温现象的发生,引发绝缘击穿并可能导致设备烧坏。所以,对柜内升温故障高发点进行切实有效的实时监测是必需的。目前市场上存在各种各样的测温装置,各有其优缺点,通过比较,阐述无线测温的必然性;提出高压开关柜的常规测温点;分析列举出无线测温系统设备的工作原理、性能的指标、安装方式及传输信号的方式。研究结果表明:采用无线电波进行温度信号传输的无线测温方式,可以根本上解决测温装置与高压接点/触点的电气绝缘问题,这种方式必将成为未来温度监测的主流。高压开关柜通常测温点为隔离开关/断路器的动静触头、母线搭接处、电缆接头等,稳定而安全。39074

DESIGN FOR WIRELESS MEASURING SYSTEM OF HIGH-VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR
Abstract: Monitor and control the temperature is a very important work.. And high-voltage switchgear is many power plants, power companies, size enterprise indispensable object in transformer station. If the switchgear carrying too much current or electrical connector/contact contained in the contact resistance is too large, will lead to local overheating, overtemperature, insulation breakdown and may cause equipment burn out. Therefore,It’s essential to rack up a high incidence of failure point for effective real-time monitoring. There are all kinds of temperature measuring devices on the market at present, each has its advantages and disadvantages,by comparing, expounded the necessity of wireless temperature measurement. High voltage switchgear normal temperature measuring points are put forward, analysis list of wireless temperature measuring system working principle, performance index, installation method and the mode of transmission signal. The results showed that, Using radio waves to the temperature signal transmission way of wireless temperature measuring, can fundamentally solve the temperature measuring device with high pressure contact/contact electrical insulation problems. This way will become the mainstream of temperature monitoring in the future. High voltage switchgear usually temperature measuring point for isolating switch/circuit breaker of contact, generatrix laping point, cable joint etc, stable and secure.
