本论文主要以CRH5型动车组的牵引核心交—直—交牵引变频器为研究对象,阐述了CRH5动车组牵引变频器设计中主电路结构及其特点,分别对牵引变流器各个单元:四象限脉冲整流器、中间直流电路、牵引逆变器以及制动斩波器的原理进行了详细的分析,给出了牵引变流器结构中主功率器件的参数计算和选型、中间直流电路支撑电容的计算以及制动电阻的选取。分析了调速控制过程中所采用的变压变频控制方法,以及在列车制动过程中所用的回馈制动和能耗制动方法。
本文通过对CRH5交—直—交变频器进一步的研究,采用理论计算的分析方法,验证了CRH5动车组所采用的牵引变频器的主电路结构、各元件参数计算选型以及调速控制方法等方面的合理性和可行性。
