本毕业设计是从降低成本、扩大适用范围,提高测温系统运行的稳定性、可靠性的设计目的出发,采用MSP430G2单片机为控制核心,以单线数字温度传感器DS18B20来完成温度信号的采集,温度以数宇的方式显示在LCD1602液晶上,通过上位机远程操作监控,最终实现温度的采集、显示、报警、设置。并且本文重点阐述了系统的硬件构成和软件编程的设计过程。测温系统硬件构成有六部分:电采集模块、源及复位模块、声光报警模块、串口通信模块和显示模块。
本文最终完成了基于MSP430G2,以DS18B20为温度传感器,将温度以数字的方式显示在LCD1602上的温度传感器,并将单片机通过串口通信与上位机实现交互。

Abstract
Temperature control the appearance prospect, in various industries will occupy an important position, More and more applications in the field to control the core of the temperature information storage, real-time control, detection and digital display. This has an important role in production safety, improve product quality, energy conservation and so on.
This design is set out from the lower development costs, expand the scope of application, improve the stability and reliability of system operation is designed, using MCU MSP430G2 as control core, with a single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to complete the collection of temperature signal and temperature as a number of buildings display on the LCD1602, through the PC remote monitoring operation, and ultimately achieve the temperature acquisition, display, alarm, set. And this paper focuses on the system's hardware structure and software programming design process.The temperature measurement system hardware consists of six parts: power supply and reset module, acquisition module, sound and light alarm module, serial communication module and display module.
In this paper, based on MSP430G2 eventually, DS18B20 as temperature sensor, the temperature in the form of digital display on the LCD1602 temperature sensor, and single chip microcomputer with the PC via a serial port communication interaction.
