摘要本设计主要是对现代植物种植对智能温室控制的需求,而设计的温室自动智能控制系统。本文通过对温室执行系统的研究,相应的变化对温室环境的研究,把PLC和传感器等技术实践到智能温室控制系统的设计,研发出基于PLC控制的温室大棚智能控制体系。温室的环境体系是一个随着时间,环境变化的非常复杂的大型系统,很难建立体系的参数量模型, 采用一般的控制方法很难获得满意的静、动态性能46097
此次论文设计系统的硬件部分主要由PLC和多种传感器所构成,各种各样的传感器一般是用来检测温室内部的温度、湿度、CO2的浓度、光照强度等,PLC主要用来控制温室内的窗户、通风口、C02补气阀、补光灯等执行设备的。可编程控制器是一种应用很广泛的自动控制装置,它将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通讯技术融为一体,具有控制能力强、操作灵活方便、可靠性高、适宜长期连续工作的特点,非常适合温度控制的要求。编程时运用了编程软件STEP 7 -Micro WIN中自带的PID控制模块,让程序更加简单易懂,运行的速度更加节省时间。
本设计的智能温室系统运行后可以更好地体现出对智能大棚系统里面的各方面环境因子的控制调节,给植物创造了更适合的生长气候和环境。本课题设计体系操作简单、作业稳定性能较高,具有强大的实用性,非常适合现如今的农业产业化的需求,实际应用范围较大,并且很节省经济效益,据有非常好的发展前景。

ABSTRACT This design is mainly to modern plants for the demand of the intelligent greenhouse control, greenhouse automatic intelligent control system is designed. In this paper, based on the research of the greenhouse execution system, the corresponding changes in the study of greenhouse environment, such as PLC and sensor technology practice to the design of the intelligent greenhouse control system, the development of greenhouse intelligent control system based on PLC control. Greenhouse environment system is a over time, the environment changes very complex large system, it is difficult to establish a system of quantitative models, using the general control method is difficult to obtain satisfactory static and dynamic performance.
Hardware part of this thesis design system mainly consists of PLC and a variety of sensors, all kinds of sensor is commonly used to detect the inside of the greenhouse temperature, humidity, the concentration of CO2, light intensity, etc., PLC is mainly used to control the greenhouse in the Windows and air vents, our fleet air compensating valve, execute equipment such as the fill light. Programmable controller is an application of a wide range of automatic control device, it will be the traditional relay control technology, computer technology and communication technology, has the ability to control, convenient operation, high reliability, suitable for long-term continuous working characteristic, very suitable for the temperature control requirements. When programming using the programming software in STEP 7 - Micro WIN own PID control module, make program more easy to understand, the speed of running is more save time.
The design of the intelligent greenhouse system after operation can better embody the control of each environmental factor in the greenhouse system adjustment, create a better growth environment for crops. This design system of simple operation, high working stability, has a strong practical, very suitable for the demand of the agricultural, now available range is big, very save economic benefits, have very good development prospect.
