摘要近几年来，我国先后爆发的地震、雪灾、水灾等造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失，这必然需要大量的应急物资以解决或处理伤者救助、灾后重建、卫生防疫、恢复生产、恢复秩序等问题。国家必须在尽量短的时间内以最简洁的流程、最快捷的方式供应各种应急物资，因此区域性应急物流信息平台的研究十分重要。而我国应急物流信息化起步晚、起点低，对应急物流的保障能力不足。因此本文将重点研究应急物流信息平台的建设。
本文首先介绍突发事件的特性，在此基础上，阐述了应急物流产生的原因及发展现状，针对我国应急物流存在的问题，设计了区域应急物流信息平台。在对系统需求分析的基础上，以及为达到系统的建设目标，本毕业论文分析了应急物流信息平台的物理结构及运行机制，并设计了各子系统的功能模块，最后介绍了系统各模块的硬件设施。7232

Title Design and study of the regional emergency logistics information platform
Abstract
In recent years, earthquakes, snowstorms and floods have broken out in China, which caused huge casualties and property losses. This necessarily requires a large number of emergency supplies in order to rescue the injured, do the reconstruction and epidemic prevention, resume production and restore order. Countries must supply a variety of emergency supplies within the shortest time in the simplest process and the most efficient way. Regional emergency logistics information platform which is used to resolve these problems is very important. But it starts late and inefficient in our country. So this paper focuses on the construction of it.
Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of the incident and describes the causes and development status of the emergency logistics. Secondly, it designs regional emergency logistics information platform for the problems of our emergency logistics. This paper analyzes the physical structure and operational mechanism based on the analysis of system requirements. At the same time, it designs each subsystem function module. Finally it describes the hardware facilities of the each module.
