摘要ANSYS是一款大型通用有限元分析软件,它融结构、流体、电场、磁场、声场分析于一体。能与多数CAD实现数据的共享和交换,如Pro/E, NASTRAN, I-DEAS,Alogor, AutoCAD等, 是现代产品设计中的高级CAE工具之一。在某些特定的物理学领域,ANSYS 能够让用户能更深入地钻研,从而解决更多种类的问题,处理更加复杂的情况。只有ANSYS 才能提供如此深入的技术能力。ANSYS 技术涵盖了多个学科领域。结构分析、流体、热力、电磁学、显式分析、系统仿真抑或是数据管理,ANSYS是各个行业的企业成功的强大推力。在本次课题中,主要是利用有限元模拟技术研究高速撞击过程中子弹的受力情况并与实物测量研究相比, 不仅大大缩短了分析时间, 也因此降低了研究成本。文中对子弹撞击墙壁的物理过程进行有限元分析,通过图形的表现力让我们能够了解到子弹破坏状态与击穿过程中应力、应变的变化。所得结果同有限元计算吻合,说明数值模拟是正确的。50226

ABSTRACT ANSYS is a large general finite element analysis software, it melts structure, fluid, electricfield,magnetic field and sound field analysis at an organic whole. Can realize the data share and exchange with most CAD, such as Pro/E, NASTRAN, i-deas, Alogor, AutoCAD, etc., is one of the advanced CAE tools in modern product design. In certain areas of physics, ANSYS can let users to a more in-depth study, so as to solve a wider variety of problems, deal with more complex situations. Only ANSYS can provide in-depth technical ability. ANSYS technology covers multiple subject areas. Structure analysis, fluid, thermal, electromagnetics, explicit analysis or data management, system simulation, ANSYS is a powerful thrust the business success in a wide range of industries. In this topic, mainly using the finite element simulation technology research high-speed impact force of the neutron bomb and compared with the actual measurement research, not only greatly shorten the analysis time, and therefore reduce the research cost. In this paper, the physical process of the bullet hit the wall in finite element analysis, through the graphic expression enables us to understand to the bullet damaged condition and the change of the breakdown in the process of stress and strain. Results coincided with finite element method, numerical simulation is correct.
