摘要管件焊接柔性夹具,尤其是涉及多段管件之间及管件与法兰之间的焊接夹具,能够根据管件具体的空间位置关系柔性地调整定位。传统夹具作周期长、资金重复投入,夹具使用后的存放占用空间大,使用范围小,功能单一化、工装管理难度大,所以本文根据新型的柔性夹具装置开发了管件焊接柔性夹具控制系统,能柔性地调整夹具的定位件使其夹持管件并精确定位多段管件间及管件与法兰之间的相对位置。51161

本文以需要焊接的不同规格的管件为研究对象。首先对管件焊接柔性夹具系统的工作原理进行了分析,设计出管件焊接柔性夹具控制系统的初步总体方案。控制系统由PLC,触摸屏,步进电机和气动夹爪这些方面组成。再对具体的硬件软件元器件选型。通过步科触摸屏MT4414T编写人机界面,然后用西门子s7-200PLC编写步进电机运动和电磁阀程序。用气动夹爪夹住管件进行焊接。本夹具有定位机构联接调整机构,通过步进电机实现空间X 、Y、Z三个方向的移动调整。通过顶部横向位移调节机构实现定位件沿X方向移动调整,顶部纵向位移调节机构和竖直位移调节机构分别调整定位件沿坐标轴Y方向和Z方向移动调整。两个夹爪和法兰盘的电机可以实现角度变化,从而适应弯管之类的特殊管件。从而实现不同尺寸、多样化空间走势的管件焊接,实现管件快速地、可靠地定位与夹紧。整个设计提高了系统自动化程度,让操作人员使用起来更加方便快捷。

Abstract  Tube welding fixture, especially relates to a welding fixture between sections of pipe and fittings and flanges, according to the space position relation of pipe concrete flexible adjustment positioning. Traditional fixture for long period, capital of duplication of investment, the fixture after the use of the storage space, the use of small, single function, tooling management difficulty is big, so this paper proposes a kind of flexible fixture device, can position the flexible adjustment fixture which clamp fittings and precise relative position between multiple segment pipe and fittings and flanges.

    The welding of different specifications of the pipe as the object of study. The pipe welding work principle of flexible fixture system analysis, design of overall scheme of flexible fixture control system for pipe welding. The control system consists of PLC, touch screen, stepper motor and pneumatic gripper these aspects. Through touch screen man-machine interface, written in MT4414T, and then use the Siemens s7-200PLC compilation step motor and the electromagnetic valve procedures. Pneumatic clamping jaws clamped pipe welding. The clip has a positioning mechanism is connected with the adjustment mechanism, through adjusting the stepper motor to achieve space X, Y, Z three direction. Realize the positioning piece move along the X direction through the horizontal displacement of the top of regulating mechanism, longitudinal displacement of the top of the adjusting mechanism and the vertical displacement adjusting mechanism respectively adjusted locations along the axis direction and the Z direction adjusting Y. The two motor of jaws and flange can realize the change of angle, so as to adapt to the special pipe fittings elbow. In order to achieve different size, pipe fittings persification trend of welding pipe fittings, quick, reliable positioning and clamping. The design improves the automation degree of the system, to allow the operator to use more convenient.
