摘要随着市场经济的发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,多品种、多工序、小批量的生产方式成为了现代制造业的主流。如何提高生产效率，降低生产成本是每一个企业都面临的严峻挑战。在这样的大环境下，车间生产运作与调度问题因其在提高生产效率、降低生产成本等方面的不可替代性，正越来越受到生产管理者和学者们的关注。同时由于生产调度问题的复杂性，关于车间生产调度的问题一直属于典型的NP（Non-deterministic Polynomial）难问题。对于普通的车间生产决策者而言如何做出合理的生产运作与调度计划迫在眉睫。
本论文以车间生产生产运作与调度中常见的典型问题：生产线平衡、车间任务分配、瓶颈设备的任务排序等为例，对这些典型问题进行了深入的分析，并应用运筹学软件Xpress-MP，通过系统抽象与建模、数据收集与描述、程序设计与迭代优化为普通车间生产调度者提供了一种应用Xpress-MP解决生产运作与调度问题的思路，并系统的总结了Xpress-MP在解决生产调度问题方面的优越性。
