摘 要: 随着科学技术的快速发展,全自动洗衣机已经成为家庭中常用家用电器之一,为人们的生活带来许多方便。本文设计并实现了基于单片机控制的全自动洗衣机的控制系统。该系统给AT89S51单片机载入软件程序运行后,能够实现全自动洗衣机的基本功能。控制系统主要由电源电路模块、单片机控制系统模块和外部设备与接口模块(显示电路、按键电路、A/D转换电路、传感器电路等)组成。用户通过选择洗涤方式来选择时间、水位、洗涤的强弱等多种方式。控制器可根据衣物污渍程度来选择洗衣时间的长短,对不同重量的衣物来选择不同的水位,对不同质量的衣物选择不同的洗涤方式。本设计实现了多种洗衣功能,使得洗涤、漂洗、排水、脱水等各种功能的操作全自动,能够满足现代家庭的基本洗涤要求,具有一定的实用性。 56579

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, automatic washing machines have become one of the commonly used household appliances, bringing a lot of convenience to people's lives. In this paper, the control system based on single-chip for the automatic washing machine is designed and realized successfully. The basic functions of automatic washing machines can be achieved with the software program applied to AT89S51 microcontroller. The system is mainly made up of the voltage supply circuit module, MCU control module and the external device and the system interface module (display circuit, the key circuit, A/D conversion circuit, a sensor circuit etc.). Firstly, users can choose different washing ways according to the length of time, the water level and the strength of washing. Secondly, the controller can automatically choose the length of the washing time according to the degree of the stain of the clothes. Thirdly, the controller can also choose different water level depending on the weight of the laundry. Finally, the controller can choose different washing ways according to the different quality of the clothes. In a word, the design can achieve the variety of laundry features making washing, rinsing, draining automatic operation, dehydration and other functions, which meet the basic requirements of washing in modern families. Thus it has a certain practicality.
