摘要逆变器是一种将直流(DC)转换为交流(AC)的装置,在电力电子技术的发展史中占有举足轻重的地位。随着电力电子技术的发展,PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)控制技术的出现极大的推动了逆变器的发展,在逆变电路控制中已处于核心地位[1]。58403

本次设计的题目是基于PWM逆变器的设计与仿真。本篇论文首先介绍逆变电路的基本原理以及各种电压型逆变电路的基本构成,分析它们的特性与优缺点,然后阐述PWM控制的基本原理,进而说明SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation)波形的产生及控制方法,最后采用IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)作为开关器件,设计单相全桥SPWM逆变电路并重点分析其工作原理。

MATLAB是一款优秀的科学计算软件,功能强大,快捷准确,在科学应用软件中首屈一指,Simulink是MATLAB中的一款可视化仿真工具,它提供一个建模,仿真和综合分析的集成环境。本次设计借助Simulink组件,搭建单极性SPWM和双极性SPWM逆变电路模型,得出仿真波形,并详细分析电路参数变化时对仿真波形的影响,以达到题目要求的性能指标。

Abstract

Inverter is a device that converts DC to AC, which plays an important role in the history of the development of power electronics technology. With the development of power electronics technology, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology has greatly promoted the development of the inverter which has been in the core position in the control of the inverter circuit.

The topic of this design is the Design and Simulation of Inverter based on PWM. This paper first introduces the basic principles of inverter circuit and the basic structures of various voltage type inverter circuits and analyzes their characteristics, then describes the basic principle of PWM control and explains the cause and control methods of SPWM waveform. Finally, using IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar) as a switching device designs the single-phase full-bridge SPWM inverter circuit and focuses on how it works.

MATLAB is a good scientific computing software, powerful, fast and accurate ,which leads scientific application software. Simulink is a visual simulation tool in MATLAB that provides a modeling, simulation and analysis of integrated sub-integrated environment. The design builds unipolar and bipolar SPWM inverter circuit models by means of Simulink and draws simulation waveforms, then analysis the simulation waveforms of the different circuit parameters to meet the performance requirements of the subject.
