自紧技术是世界各国采用较多的一种提高火炮身管承载能力及延长使用寿命的有效方法。测试自紧机的超高压对于火炮管的研究有着非常重要的意义。工业及民用生产的许多领域都涉及到超高压及其测量问题,测试超高压就要选择使用合适的超高压传感器。在生产过程中,应用数据采集系统可对生产现场的工艺参数进采集、监视和记录,为提高产品质量、降低成本提供信息和手段。在科学研究中,应用数据采集系统可获得大量的动态信息,是研究瞬间物理过程的有力工具,也是获取科学奥秘的重要手段之一。总之,不论在哪个应用领域中,数据采集与处理越及时工作效率就越高,取得的经济效益就越大。文章主要介绍了虚拟仪器开发平台—图形化编辑语言 LabVIEW.然后给出数据采集系统的硬件结构图。在对压力传感器进行标定后,设计基于数据采集卡USB-6251和 LabVIEW 的压力采集程序框图和设计的前面板,进行联机调试,实现数据的采集、存储与显示等功能。59500
