高低温交变湿热试验箱控制系统设计

摘要高低温交变湿热试验箱又称环境试验箱,可以准确地模拟温湿度环境,为多种行业的产品提供可靠性检测。目前,随着我国科学技术的不断发展,高低温交变湿热试验箱得到了广泛的应用,而与之相应的一个良好的控制系统更显得尤为重要。 本课题根据试验箱的技术要求,设计了一套基于 PLC 和组态王的温湿度控制系统。此控制系统用 PLC 代替了传统的继电器-接触器控制,应用了 PID 控制技术。整个系统操作简单、可靠性高,具有良好的实用价值。 本控制系统下位机采用西门子 S7-300 系列 PLC,配置有 CPU 模块(CPU315-2DP)、DI/DO模块(SM323)、AI模块(SM331)、电源模块(PS307/ 5A)和导轨(482mm)。PLC 使用 STEP 7 V5.4 作为编程软件,编程语言为梯形图。系统上位机采用联想工控机,选用组态王6.53 作为开发平台,制作了系统主界面、参数设置、报警窗口、PID 参数、历史曲线和数据浏览共 6 幅人机交互界面。整个控制系统实现了对试验箱的实时监控、参数设定、历史数据查看和安全管理等功能操作。人机交互画面形象、直观,准确地反映了试验箱的温湿度控制过程。 上位机组态王软件同下位机PLC之间通过通讯卡CP5611进行通讯连接。  59934

Abstract High and low temperature alternating humid chamber is also known as Environmental Chambers,it can simulate temperature and humidity environment accurately.It provide reliability testing for products of varieties of industries.Currently,with the continuous  development of China’s science and technology,high and low temperature heat chamber has been widely applied.And with a good control of the corresponding system is more particularly important. The topic under the technical requirements of the chamber,design  a temperature and humidity control system based on PLC and Kingview software.This control system use PLC instead of the traditional relay-contactor control,and make use of PID control technology.The whole system is simple,high reliability,good practical value. The lower computer of this controlling system use Siemens S7-300 series PLC,configured with CPU module (CPU315-2DP),DI/DO module (SM323),AI module (SM331),power module (PS307/5A) and rail (482mm).Use as a PLC programming software STEP7V5.4,and use  Ladder as the programming language. The upper computer of the system use Lenovo IPC,and use Kingview 6.53 software as development platform,produced a total of six interactive interface including a system main interface,parameter setting,the alarm window,PID parameters,history curve and data browsing.The entire control system to achieve real-time monitoring for chamber,parameter setting,historical data view and security management  functions.Interactive screen image,intuitive,accurately reflects the chamber’s temperature and humidity control process. The lower computer of this controlling system use communication cards CP5611 connecting with lower machine PLC.
