摘要随着工业自动化和通信技术的蓬勃发展,PLC的应用越来越广泛。本文以新厂区手动矫直自动检测工艺流程项目为背景,根据工艺要求,提出了基于PLC的自动物流输送线控制设计方案。本设计主要是电梯导轨检测机物流部分的程序编写。检测机部分主要的动作包括导轨的侧面和顶面的直线度的检测、导轨的输送以及合格导轨和不合格导轨的分料。首先,工控机给PLC控制系统信号,基于PLC控制的物流系统上料,上料完成后,检测工位进行检测分析。如果导轨满足直线度精度,则进入清洗等后续程序,否则进入人工矫直工序。
结果表明,PLC在人机交互界面能够很好的完成控制检测和输送功能,能够较精确的完成导轨直线度检测和导轨物流运输,达到生产要求。

Title Based on PLC automatic logistics conveyor line control—the program design_
Abstract
With the Vigorous development of Industrial automation and communication technology, PLC is used more and more widely. With the new plant manual straightening automatic detection process project as the background , According to the technical requirement ,This paper Is put forward based on PLC automatic logistics conveyor line control design.
This design is mainly programming of the part of the elevator rail tester. The main action of the testing machine, including the detection of the straightness of the rail side and the top surface of rail transport and qualified guide. First, the IPC gives signals to the control system, logistics system based on PLC control material, upon completing the loading, test station were detected and analyzed. If the rails meet the straight-line accuracy, then entering follow-up procedures such as cleaning, or into the straightening process.
The results show that PLC can commendably complete control test and the function of transport in man-machine interface , can accurately complete the straightness inspection and rail transport logistics of guide , achieve production requirements
