摘要:随着人们对车载电器依赖性的逐步提高,设计一款效率高、稳定性好、安全性好的车载供电源显得极为重要。设计一款纯正弦逆变电源的设计显得极为迫切。本车载正弦波逆变电流的设计,以DC12±3V作为输入,输出220V/50Hz的标准正弦波交流电。通过对车载正弦波逆变电源的实际应用环境和技术设计指标进行分析,设计出车载电源变换器的主电路拓扑结构。本文对各个电路进行了器件的选型,并具体设计了硬件电路,硬件电路主要包括DC-DC主回路、DC-AC逆变主回路、前级PWM控制电路、后级SPWM控制电路、驱动电路和保护电路。通过该设计增强了该电源的可靠性和安全性。该电源很好的完成了各项指标,满载输出功率50W,效率不小于80%,输出电压波形失真度低于5%,输出标准的正弦信号。61268

Abstract: With the gradual improvement of the people of on-board electrical dependency, design a high efficiency, good stability, good safety vehicle power supply source is very important. Design a pure sine inverter power supply design becomes extremely urgent. This car design of sine wave inverter current to DC12 + 3 v as input, the output standard sine wave ac 220 v / 50 hz. Through the practical application of on-board sine wave inverter power supply environment design and technical index were analyzed, and the design of car power converter main circuit topology structure. This paper deals with the circuit components selection, and the concrete design of hardware circuit, the hardware circuit mainly includes the main loop of the DC - DC, DC - AC inverter main circuit, the levels before the PWM control circuit, after the SPWM control circuit, drive circuit and protection circuit. Through the design enhances the power supply reliability and safety. The power supply very good completed the indicators, full load power output of 50 w, the efficiency of not less than 80%, the output voltage waveform distortion degree is less than 5%, the output of the standard sine signal.
