随着机械设备自动化程度的提高,磁编码器的应用领域也越来越广泛,人们对磁编码器的要求也越来越高,除了磁编码器现有的同步串行接口(SSI)输出、脉宽调制输出(PWM)和增量模式输出以外,还要求能出现更丰富的接口方式,使其能够与更多的设备实现通讯。本文介绍一种磁编码器的设计与实现,该磁编码器能提供多种工业标准的信号输出,其灵活的设计,使得其能够应用在更多的领域。

Title Design And Test of A Magnetic Encoder
Abstract
Encoder is one of the most important and fundamental structure forms in the family of digital sensor. It is a type of sensing device that can convert physical quantity, such as speed、shift、angle in mechanical movement, into digital pulse electric signals. In combination with digital processing technology and computing technology, it can achieve the goal of fast and accurate detection and control. At present, photoelectric encoder、magnetic encoder and inductosyn are the most commonly used. In comparison with other encoders, magnetic encoder has the features of low cost、small size、simple construction、low power dissipation、high precision and strong anti-interference. So it has become an integral part in the area of high-accuracy measurement and control in recent years.
With the improvement of automation degree in the area of mechanical equipment, magnetic encoder has been used in more and more places. And people make more requests on it. In spite of the SSI output, PWM output and incremental output, people ask for more interfaces. So it can communicate with more equipment. In this article, I introduce the design of a magnetic encoder. It can offer a few types of outputs which meet industry standard. Because of this, it can be used in more areas.
