摘要对于激光武器系统来说,系统往往要求能以 级的精度跟踪目标。一般伺服系统中,机架既要承担各种设备的负荷,又要以较高精度跟踪目标,系统往往难于实现。 因而引入复合轴概念,即在大惯量机架上装一个高低方位均可微动的高带宽快速控制反射镜,构成主子系统的复合轴结构。子系统可以修正主系统的残差,从而实现高精度跟踪。65251

    本文首先对复合轴的结构进行简要介绍,阐述了复合轴提高跟踪精度的原理;其次,对复合轴基本理论进行了分析,并得出结论,复合轴系统误差为子系统的误差。

    针对主系统,本文进行了系统建模,得出被控对象的传递函数与主系统传递函数框图,根据系统指标要求,采用速度环与位置环的双闭环校正,完成了对主系统控制参数的设计,并在有、无摩擦力矩的两种情况下对主系统对正弦输入的跟踪能力进行了仿真。

    针对子系统,经测试得到被控对象的传递函数,在充分保证子系统稳定性的基础上尽量增大与主系统带宽比,仍采用速度环与位置环的双闭环校正,完成了子系统的设计,并对子系统跟踪正弦输入的能力进行了仿真。

    最后对本文提出的理论和方法进行了系统总体仿真,仿真证明了本论文理论

分析的正确性及应用的价值。

Title    Precise aiming control of laser weapons                                                  

     

Abstract

For laser weapon system, the system often requires level accuracy can track the target. General servo system, the rack is necessary to bear the load of a variety of devices, but also to track the target with higher accuracy, the system is often difficult to achieve. Thus introducing the concept of composite shaft that coat rack in a large inertia micro-level orientation can be high-bandwidth fast steering mirror to form a composite shaft structure master system. Sub-master system can be corrected residuals, in order to achieve precision tracking.

Firstly, the structure of the composite shaft briefly expounded composite shaft to improve tracking accuracy principle; Secondly, the basic theory of composite shafts are analyzed and concluded that the composite shaft system error subsystem errors.

For the main system, this paper conducted a systematic modeling, the transfer function of the controlled object drawn with the main system transfer function block diagram, according to the indicator system, using the speed loop and position loop double loop correction, completed the main system control parameters design, and in the presence or absence of friction torque in both cases on the main system for sinusoidal input tracking capability of the simulation.

For subsystems tested to the transfer function of the controlled object, in full assurance subsystem based on maximizing stability with the main system bandwidth ratio, still use the speed loop and position loop double loop correction, complete subsystem design, and the ability of the sinusoidal input subsystem tracking simulation.

Finally, the paper presents the theory and methods of the overall system simulation, the simulation proved the theory of this paper
