摘要本篇论文智能汽车设计大赛为背景,详细分析了大赛规则和要求,完成了以摄像头为传感核心的视觉导引车硬件部分设计,其主要内容包括赛车车模的组装、传感器安装以及电路板的设计制作。在组装车模时具体分析了今年摄像头组赛道及规则的改变,对赛车整体进行了改装,对摄像头的安装位置也进行了优化和调整;控制电路板的设计则采用自上而下的模块化设计思想,设计主要包括供电模块、电机驱动模块、伺服模块、图像处理模块、测速模块以及辅助调试模块。硬件设计完成之后对整车进行了测试与调节,最终证明设计出的智能车性能优良,满足大赛要求。65315

Title Design and Realization of Smart Car for The Eighth Freescale Cup Smart Car Contest —— Hardware Design of Visual Guidance Intelligent Vehicle Control System
Abstract
Based on the eighth "Freescale" Smart Car Design Contest, the hardware design of the visual guided vehicle, whose core sensor is the camera, is completed in this paper after analyzing the specific contest rules and requirements. The main design includes the assembling of the racing car model, the installation of the sensor, and the fabrication of circuit boards. During the process of assembling the racing car, we focus on the change of tracks and rules of the competition. The racing car is modified as a whole, and the installation of the camera is optimized and modified. The top-down modular approach is used in designing the controlling circuit board, which includes the power management module, motor drive module, servo module,image processing module, speed measurement module and the auxiliary debugging module. When the design of the hardware finishes, the whole car model is tested. It proves that the performance of the smart car designed by our team is excellent, meeting the requirements of the competition.
