摘 要:随着技术的不断发展,人们对于实时温度监控的要求也越来越高,传统的温度监测方式已不再符合当今人们对于生产过程的要求,从工业生产、医学制药到农业培养的很多生产工艺和工作都需要依靠准确的温度监控来实现。本控制系统利用DS18B20对温度信号进行采集,使用ALTERA公司的EP4CE10E22C8N的芯片接收DS18B20输出的数字温度信号,通过FPGA内部嵌入的NIOS软核进行控制,当被测物的温度超过门限温度时,发出报警,蜂鸣器响和LED灯亮,且只有当人为按下解除报警按键后,报警才会消除,并将温度通过LCD1602实时显示。基于FPGA的温度传感报警系统由FPGA芯片、多温度传感器以及报警控制模块三个部分组成。FPGA芯片及智能温度传感器DS18B20的结合,使得该温度报警系统兼具智能便捷、系统可拓展性强以及生产成本低廉等特点,同时也为日后实现监控联网、跨地域集中监控打下了良好基础。该系统采用NIOS软核进行设计,具有灵活度高、速度快等优点。66439

Abstract:With the continuous development of technology, people pay more for the real-time temperature monitoring of the higher requirements, the traditional temperature monitoring has not complied with the people for the requirements of the production process, from industrial production to develop agriculture, medical pharmaceutical production process and many work need to rely on to achieve accurate temperature monitoring. This system using DS18B20, the temperature signal acquisition unit, to collecting the temperature signal, and the chip of EP4CE10E22C8N of the ALTERA Corporation receives the digital temperature signal output by the chip of DS18B20. The NIOS soft core embedded within the FPGA to control the signal, and the temperature will be real-timely displayed through LCD1602. When the temperature of the measured object rises over the threshold, the buzzer will rang and the LED light will be lit up to sending out the alarm, and the alarm won't be eliminated, until someone presses the alarm button. FPGA temperature sensing alarm system by FPGA chip, temperature sensor and alarm control module based on three parts. Combined with FPGA chip and intelligent temperature sensor DS18B20, the intelligent temperature alarm system, convenient system features strong expandability and low production costs, but also for the future implementation of cross regional monitoring network, centralized monitoring and lay a good foundation. The system designed by the NIOS soft core, has the advantages of high flexibility and high speed.
