摘要随着科学技术的飞快发展,在我国,低压配电网的自动化的实现成为了提高供电质量、用电可靠性和提高电力企业自身水平的需要,而利用CE-R实时监控系统来实现低压配电网的RTU功能具有简单、可靠、易用等特点,也是一个比较有应用前景的实现方案。
本课题就是利用了在Windows环境下基于Visual Basic 6.0的平台,运用RS485总线联网技术对微机测控系统与实时的数据处理进行设计。通过编写友好的人机界面管理软件,建立PC机与回路综合监控单元之间的串口通讯,实现对低压配电网的“三遥”的功能,即通过微机对配电网中各种电量参数进行精确的测量、计算,并实现对远程控制开关等配电设配进行跳闸或者合闸的状态检测和控制,从而进一步实现和完善低压配电自动化系统。9011

Abstract
With the fast development of science and technology,the realization of low voltage distribution network automation has become the needs to improve the quality of power supply,electrical reliability and the level of electric power enterprises.Using the RTU function of CE-R real-time monitoring system to achieve low voltage distribution network is simple, reliable,and it is easy to use. Also,it is a more promising scheme.
This subject is to use the Windows environment based on Visual Basic 6.0 platform and RS485 bus networking technologies in microcomputer control system and real-time data processing to finish the design.Through writing friendly interface management software to base the serial communication between PC and integrated circuit monitoring unit and to realize the “three remote”.Namely,through the microcomputer’s pecise measurement and calculation of different kinds of the electrical parameters in the distribution network,it can realize the state detection and control of power distribution equipments,such as the remote control switch.It also improves and perfects the low power distribution automation system.
