摘 要计轴检测系统是对所测轨道区段是否被占用或者空闲的状态进行判断的系统。计轴检测系统使用范围广泛、安全可靠。随着计轴检测系统的发展,计轴检测系统研究对现在的铁路运输安全的保障以及运输效率的提高具有重要意义。69574
目前计轴系统中室外部分需要在工作环境恶劣的情况下长期进行监测,选用性能优异的传感元件十分有必要。
对整个系统的设计过程要充分考虑整个系统的安全性与可靠性。依据传感器性能和其它设备的需求选择合适的传感器应用到设计中,本文设计采用了智能传感器,其能对轴信号预处理,提升系统性能。并且在硬件设计方面采用了二取二方式和动态驱动安全型输入输出电路,提升了系统可靠性、稳定性。

Design of Railway Axle Testing System
Abstract
Axle detection system can determine whether track segments occupy or leisure. It has a wide range of use and it is reliable. With the development of the detection system, it has the important significance of the research. It can protect transportation safety and efficiency.
At present, the outdoor equipment system has to medium and long term monitoring in harsh environment. It is necessary to select excellent sensors.
It must be give full consideration to the safety and reliability of the whole system in the process of the design of the whole system. Based on sensors and other equipment performance requirements to choose the appropriate sensor is applied to the design. In this paper, the design uses the smart sensor, it can deal with signal in advance to improve the system performance. It uses selecting 2 from 2 logic and dynamic drive safe input or output circuit in the aspect of hardware design. It can improve the system’s reliability and stability.
