本文的主要研究对数控机床振动信号的分析,所以本文主要研究归纳如下: 分析了研究数控机床的振动意义和目的,总结了国内外研究振动测试的情况,介 绍了振动测试的基本原理以及振动测试系统的基本组成,设计试验方案并且组织 试验,进行试验数据采集,获得试验数据并进行数据处理,分析试验数据并获得 相应的结论。阐述了数控机床产生故障的原因及故障信号分析方法。针对数控机 床所产生的故障,提出行之有效的解决方案,尽量避免振动的产生,减小对数控 机床的损害。
