摘要本次设计是基于西门子 S7-200 可编程控制器来实现工业洗衣机的洗衣、清水、 脱水的全自动控制。本文将工业洗衣机作为研究对象，所用的是德国西门子公司 制造的 S7-200 型 PLC。并且详细地介绍了 PLC 的发展、应用、工作原理以及 S7-200 的特点。本文利用 PLC 来控制洗衣机，比传统的继电器逻辑控制的系统更加可靠、 节能。PLC 控制的系统具有维修简单，维修的时间缩短以及不需要大量的电子元 件等优点。72278

德国西门子品牌 S7-200 系列的可编程控制器(PLC)应用地方非常宽广。本次设 计基于西门子 S7-200 工业洗衣机的系统核心采用西门子 200 系列 222CPU，通过 添加数字量输入模块 EM221 与数字量输出模块 EM232 来扩展系统 I/O 接口数量， 最终实现了工业洗衣机的全自动控制，同时还引用了变频器控制技术实现对工业 洗衣机电机的控制，能够满足工业洗衣机先进技术要求。

Master Control System Design of Industrial Washing Machine Based on Siemens S7-200

Abstract This design realizes the full automatic of washing, rinsing, dehydration of the industrial washing machine based on Siemens S7-200 programmable controller。 Taking the industrial washing machine as the research object, this paper uses S7-200-type PLC manufactured by Siemens AG, and introduces the development, application,working principle of PLC and characteristics of S7-200 in detail。 PLC is used to control the washing machine in this paper, and is more reliable, energy of simple  maintenance, short maintenance time and not needing plenty of electronic components, etc。

The programmable controller (PLC) of Germany Siemens brand S7-200 series is used widely。 This design adopts Siemens 200 series 222 CPU based on the system core of Siemens S7-200 industrial washing machine core, extends the system I/O interface quantity by adding the digital quantity input module EM221 and digital output module EM232, finally realizes the automatic control of industrial washing machine, and meanwhile also cites the inverter control technology to realize the control of the industrial washing machine motor, which can meet the advanced technology requirements of industrial machine。
