摘要伴随社会经济的飞速发展,城市化进程的脚步不停加快,都市里的高楼大厦 也日益增多。面对日益增高的大楼,上楼成为人们所苦恼的事情,而电梯的出现 为人们解决了一个大难题,楼越来越高,电梯的责任也就越来越大。继电器控制 是电梯中最为传统的一种控制方式,但是这种控制系统存在很多的缺陷,如:故 障频发、成本高、维修保养麻烦、程序编辑繁琐等。由于人们对电梯的要求以及 需求越来越高,继电器控制电梯系统已经无法满足,将逐渐被淘汰。72284
本文尝试将可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controllor)应用于五层 电梯控制系统,这类控制方法拥有编程简单、维护方便、安全稳定性高、抗干扰 能力强等优点。很大提升了电梯的安全性能、舒适程度、灵活性以及可维护性, 不仅将开发周期大幅度缩短,同时将损耗大幅度降低。PLC 控制的电梯系统安全、 可靠而且舒适程度都得到很大的提高,这种控制系统已经成为现今电梯控制系统 应用最广泛的。
逻辑开关控制功能是 PLC 在实现对电梯控制最主要的应用。PLC 自身具有强 大的逻辑运算功能,我们需要利用这些便利的功能,PLC 通过对逻辑开关的信号 进行监控,并且采集传感器的参数,根据用户程序自行进行逻辑运算,最后发出 控制命令,实现对电梯的控制。这相比于传统的控制方式,实现起来更简单,而 且电梯的工作效率也会得到显著的提升。
在设计伊始,我们需要对五层电梯的构造以及它的工作原理进行了解,要求 能基本掌握。接着介绍 PLC 的特性与功能。我们最终选择确定的 PLC 机型,需要 我们通过对整个控制系统有大概的了解,要对控制中的输入量与输出量进行估 算,从而确定 PLC 机型以及所需要的扩展模块。选型确定后,我们结合实际控制 的要求,进行软件的设计,要求分配 I/O 接口,设计出梯形图,并且画出 PLC 的接线图。最终希望电梯可以实现楼层选择、方向选择等基本功能。

Design of five-floor elevator controlled by PLC
Abstract There is an increasing number of high-rise buildings in cities with the rapid development of social economy and accelerating pace of urbanization。 In the face of the increasing building, going upstairs has become people's distress,but the emergence of the elevator solves a big problem for eople, the building is getting higher and higher, the elevator is also more and more responsibility。The relay control is the most traditional control mode in elevator industry。 However, this kind of control mode has many flaws, such as high failure rate, high cost, inconvenient maintenance and tedious programming 。 Due to people’s increasing demands on the elevator , the control mode will gradually be replaced。
In this paper, we will try to apply programmable logic controller (PLC) in the five-floor elevator control system。 Its advantages are easy programmed , easy maintained,safe and stable and with good anti-jamming。 It will greatly shorten the development period and sharply reduce loss。 The elevator controlled by PLC will be
safer and more comfortable。 PLC has been widely used in elevator control system now。
The major application of PLC in controlling the elevator is logic switches control。 PLC has the features of logic operation which should be made good use of。 By monitoring the signal of logic switches, collecting parameters of the sensor and carrying out logical operation by itself according to user program, PLC will send control command to achieve elevator control。 Compared to traditional control mode, it is easier carried out and will promote efficiency of elevator。 PLC控制的五层电梯设计+梯形图:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_82228.html
