摘要高压电机是一种应用非常广泛的电气设备在生产与生活中随处可见,但是他的高故障率也是一直没有得到解决的问题,因为高压电机故障而造成的损失不计其数。过去对于高压电机的保护比较落后,功能比较单一而且可靠性与速动性也不是很好。现在根据社会的需要来设计一个兼顾可靠与灵敏的高压电机保护装置是非常有必要的。72858

本论文先对高压电机常见的故障进行分析,将高压电机的故障进行简要的分类,大致分为对称故障与不对称故障。对于高压电机的主保护会根据情况选择差动保护或者电流速断保护,然后根据故障设置其他的保护装置。在设计高压电机综合保护装置时要与微机保护相结合设计出方便高效又智能的保护装置。本次设计选用了以SEP4020作为处理核心的高压电机保护装置硬件平台,详尽的介绍了各大硬件模块比如处理器模块、通讯模块等。软件方面通过对比选用了Nucleus多任务实时操作系统,对高压电机保护的软件系统进行了设计。

High voltage motor integrated protection device

Abstract Motor is a kind of wide application of electric equipment in the production and life are ubiquitous, but his high failure rate is also has not been solve, because the loss caused by high voltage motor fault。 Relatively backward in the past for the protection of high voltage motor, the function is single and reliability and quick also is not very good。 Now according to the needs of society to design a both reliable and sensitive high voltage motor protection device is necessary。 

This paper first analyze the common failure of high voltage motor, the high voltage motor briefly the classification of the fault, failure of roughly pided into symmetric and asymmetric。 Choice for high voltage motor of main protection according to the real situation of the differential protection or current instantaneous fault protection, and then according to the fault set other protection device。 In the design of high voltage motor integrated protection device must be combined with the microcomputer protection design a convenient and effective protection only。 This design use SEP4020 as the processing core of high voltage motor protective device hardware platform, detailed introduces the major hardware modules such as processor module, communication module, etc。 Software by comparing chose Nucleus multitasking real-time operating system, software system for protection of high voltage motor design。
