摘要近几年来，国内监狱广泛而高密度地开展了信息化基础设施建设。如果能利用嵌入式系统技术开发一套监室管理系统代替或协助监管民警进行管理活动，将可大大减轻监管民警的任务压力，消除潜在的安全隐患。 本论文在对Windows CE 嵌入式系统和监室管理系统需求进行分析的基础上，设计了基于Windows CE 的监室管理系统。通过网络，上下位机协作，系统实现了对监室进员、出员，早、晚点名，值日、值班、通知信息的发布以及自助订购等业务的管理。本文的研究工作主要如下： （1）研究了 Windows CE 系统的体系结构，分析了系统调用过程；研究了嵌入式系统开发的流程，对各流程要做的工作及注意事项进行了概括。 （2）分析了系统的应用需求，设计了基于已有硬件设备的监室管理系统硬件平台，给出了总体方案的软件系统架构。并依此设计了上下位机的数据库系统。（3）开发、设计了上下位机各功能模块，并详细阐述了相应的编程技术。 9672

Title A Design of Prison Management System based on Windows CE
Abstract
In recent years, a construction of information technology in China’s
prisons has been widely launched. Prison guards’ heavy burden will be
released if embedded system technology applies to the management of prison.
This paper designs a prison management system based on Windows CE before
analyzing the Windows CE embedded system and requirement we face. The
system communicates through the network and realizes the functions
including prisoner-in-out, rollcalling, information publishing and
self-shopping. The main work of the paper is showed as follows.
(1)Study the construction of the Windows CE system and analyze the
process of system running; study the process of development of embedded
system and summarize the attentions.
(2)Analyze the requirement of the system, and design the hardware and
software platform of the system; design the framework of the software;
design the database system.
(3)Develop and design the function modules of the system, and elaborate
the related coding technology.
