摘 要：现如今大学生对兼职的需求迫切，一方面为了缓解经济的窘迫，另一方面也能借机提前接触社会；而对商家而言，招聘大学生做兼职工能以低成本获取高质量的劳动力。发布招聘信息与求职信息的传统途径有：报刊杂志广告、宣传单页、中介等，它们都属于被动信息，会使人产生厌烦心理。运用互联网技术，不但能有效解决这些问题，而且能将信息进行归类存储，方便用户进行查询。本项目基于B/S架构，使用ASP。NET技术和MySQL数据库，最终为商家与大学生之间打造一个兼职信息发布与交流平台。商家可以在平台发布招聘信息，学生可以在平台上发布求职信息，双方均可以根据条件检索对方信息，以快速满足各自需求。74445
