摘要随着时代的进步,科技的发展,有很多的人受到睡眠问题的影响。然而这个睡眠问题却没有被人们重视起来,所以一直影响着人们的健康。 

睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一种威胁人类健康生活的常见病,然而只有这几十年才逐渐去关注。这是一种潜在的疾病,它的特点是在睡眠中呼吸道阻塞引起的缺氧,呼吸困难,白天嗜睡,记忆力减退等症状。同时还影响着人们的睡眠质量,长期患有“睡眠呼吸暂停综合征”的患者也会引起高血压,心律失常等疾病,对人类的健康产生很大的危害。现今,医学界对睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的预防,诊治很是重视,为此研究一种便携式睡眠呼吸监测仪很是重要。75814

本文主要是利用热敏电阻为温度传感器来检测鼻气流吸入,呼出的气流温度变化,将收集到的信号通过滤波放大器,峰值谷值检测电路传送给单片机。如果单片机检测到呼吸不正常的时候,蜂鸣器就会报警,同时会在液晶屏上显示呼吸异常的时间。这时记录的数据会通过单片机和PC机通信发送给上位机显示,以达到监控的作用。同时该监测仪会将病患在一天中的睡眠情况记录下来,具有成本低,体积小,便携式的特点。

The Design of Portable Sleep Apnea Monitor Design

Abstract   With the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, there are a lot of people are affected by the impact of sleep problems。 However, this sleep problem has not been valued, so it has been affecting people's health。

  Sleep apnea syndrome is a common disease that threatens the health of human beings, but only in the past few decades, it has to pay attention to it。 This is a potential disease, it is characterized by airway obstruction caused by hypoxia in sleep, breathing difficulties, daytime sleepiness, memory loss and other symptoms。 At the same time, it also affects the quality of people's sleep, long-term suffering from "sleep apnea syndrome" patients will also cause high blood pressure, arrhythmia and other diseases, a great harm to human health。 Nowadays, the medical field is very important for the prevention, treatment and diagnosis of sleep apnea syndrome。 It is very important to study a kind of portable sleep monitor。

  This article mainly uses the heat sensitive resistance as the temperature sensor to detect the airflow of the nose and the temperature change of the exhaled air。 The collected signal is transmitted to the single chip microcomputer through the filter amplifier。 If the single chip to detect breathing is not normal, the buzzer will alarm, while the LCD screen shows the time of abnormal breathing。 At this time the recorded data will be transmitted to the host computer through the microcontroller and PC machine display, in order to achieve the role of monitoring。 At the same time, the monitor will record the patient's sleep condition in one day。 It has the characteristics of low cost, small size and portable。
