摘要现代有轨电车以建设和运营成本较少、运量适中、节能等优势，已经成为许多城市 发展公共交通的主要选择之一。我国现代有轨电车的发展尚处于初期阶段，及时掌握运 营初期的客流特性对优化运营管理、指导后续线路规划设计具有重要的作用。
论文首先分析了现代有轨电车的构成、经济技术特性、功能定位及其适用性。根据 现代有轨电车运营基本特性的理论与指标分析，明确客流特性分析的方向。以淮安现代 有轨电车 1 号线为对象，设计了详细的客流调查方案，并展开了调查；结合调查数据的 处理与分析，从时间和空间两方面对运营初期的客流特性进行了分析。分析结论为淮安 现代有轨电车 1 号线的运营管理提供参考，也为其他城市发展现代有轨电车提供参考和 借鉴。77281

Title Analysis on the characteristics of passenger flow in the initial stage of operation of modern tram
Abstract With the rapid development of the society, it has become the first choice for most of the city to give priority to the development of the public transport。 With the advantages of less construction and operating cost, moderate volume, comfort, safety, energy saving and so on, modern tram has become an important part of the urban public transport。 The development of modern tram in China is still in its initial stage, so mastering the characteristic data timely plays an important role to optimize operation management and improve service level。
This paper analyzes the economic and technical characteristics, applicability and function orientation of modern tram firstly。 According to the analysis of the theory and the index of the characteristic of moderm tram, the direction of the analysis has been defined。 Secondly, taking Huaian modern tram of as an example, it has designed a plan to investigate the passenger flow and has launched a investigation;then it has analyzed the characteristic of the passenger flow in terms of time and space。 The analysis resuilts will provide reference for the operation management of Huaian modern tram,and will provide theoretical basis and reference for other cities to develop modern tram。
