摘要恒压供水系统在楼宇中央空调冷却循环水系统、住宅小区生活、消防等用水系统、城市自来水管网系统、农田灌溉系统等多数领域均有极大的作用。在实际的生活中,全社会用水的流量都是恒压而稳定的,不会出现时快时慢的的现象,这正是得力于这种系统的支持。其主要的特点就是通过对不同管网中压力信号的测定,并反馈给变频器,使其对工作中的水泵发出不同的调节信号,从而达到控制各个管网中水压的变换的目的。77343

本文主要对现有的供水系统做出分析,并发现其中存在的一些问题,如:结构单一、稳定性不高、造价高昂和对水源会产生二次污染等。所开发出的一种新型通过变频器可自动调节供水水压的系统,并且这种供水系统在这几个方面都有显著提高。本论文分为四个章节。第一章着重分析了变频器的结构原理,并在此系统中所产生的效果。第二章主要阐述了变频器对系统中不同压力的控制调速的设计方向。第三章便详细阐明了在变频器中不同的硬件对不同供水系统的压力调速的选取。第四章是对软件开发过程问题分析和程序的确定。

Design of High Pressure Water Supply System Based on Frequency Converter

Abstract Constant pressure water supply system in the building of the central air-conditioning cooling water system, residential areas of life, fire and other water systems, urban water pipe network system, irrigation systems and other fields have a great role in most areas。 In actual life, the flow of water in the whole society is constant pressure and stable, and does not appear when the phenomenon of slow fast slow, which is effective in the support of this system。 The main character is through determination of pressure signals of different network, and back to the inverter, the pump work a different regulatory signals, so as to control the water pressure in each network transformation。

In this paper, the existing water supply system to make analysis, and found that some of the problems, such as: a single structure, stability is not high, high cost and the water will produce two pollution, etc。。 A new type of system which can automatically adjust the water pressure of the water supply is developed by the frequency converter, and the water supply system is improved in several aspects。 This thesis is pided into four chapters。 In the first chapter, the structure principle of inverter is analyzed, and the result of this system is analyzed。 The second chapter mainly elaborates the design direction of the frequency converter to control the speed of the different pressure in the system。 The third chapter explains in detail the different hardware of the inverter in different water supply system of the selection of pressure。 The fourth chapter is the analysis of the software development process and the determination of the program。
