摘 要生活中,我们经常会使用到电风扇。比如,在炎热的夏天我们需要电风扇来降温,很多大型的机器在工作时需要风扇来散热。针对不同的工作环境,当环境温度发生变化时,人们很难做到精准而又及时的控制风扇的运转状态,使其符合当前的需要。随着温度控制技术的不断发展,温度控制风扇逐渐走进人们的生活,越来越受到人们的重视,并被广泛的应用。温控风扇能够按照环境温度的变化及时的调节风扇的运行状态,当环境温度高于用户设定温度时可以自动启动风扇,而当环境温度降到用户设定值时以下时又会自动停止风扇,中间过程会根据温度的不同实时的控制风扇的转速,大大的方便了人们的生活与生产。77346

本文设计了以AT89C52单片机作为控制核心,对数字式温度传感器DS18B20采集到的环境温度与用户设定的温度进行比较处理,并通过八段LED数码管对温度传感器采集到的温度和用户设定的温度值进行显示,然后通过达林顿反向驱动器ULN2803驱动调速电路,最后根据不同的环境温度值在单片机接口输出不同的PWM波形,从而改变占空比实现对风扇的启停以及转速的智能控制。

Design of temperature control fan

Abstract In our daily life,we often use electric fans。 For example, in the hot summer, we need Electric fan to cool down, many large machines need to work to the cooling fan。 For different working environment, when the ambient temperature changes, it is difficult to achieve accurate and timely control of the operating state of the fan so that it meets current needs。 With the continuous development of temperature control, temperature control fan gradually into people's lives, more and more people's attention, and was widely used。 Thermostatically controlled fan can be automatically adjusted according to the timely change in environmental temperature of the fan running, the fan can be started automatically when the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, and when the ambient temperature drops below the set value will automatically stop the fan, middle of the process according to the temperature of the different real-time control of the fan speed, greatly facilitate the people's life and production。

This article is designed to AT89C52 microcontroller as the control of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 collecting the ambient temperature and the temperature set by the user to the comparison process, and temperature sensor to the temperature set by the user and eight LED digital tube temperature display, and then ULN2803 Darlington driver speed control circuit by the reverse drive, the last in the interface of different microcontroller output PWM waveform, thus changing the duty cycle of the fan speed and start and stop depending on the ambient temperature intelligent value control。
