本文借鉴国内外电动车充电站经验,查阅相关文献资料,了解国内外电动车充电站的研究进展,分析电动车充电技术的优缺点,制定电动车充电桩系统的整体方案。从电动车充电桩主控单元的选择入手,从而分析可编程序控制器PLC的工作原理,选择电动车充电桩硬件,设计出了电动车充电桩控制系统。完成控制系统软件的设计,包括各模块通讯协议的设计以及PLC程序的设计,使能满足各模块的数据通信的要求,能连续实时地实现电动车充电数据信息的采集,同时采用了射频非接触式读写技术。自主设计的上位机系统管理软件,能够实时反映各个充电桩的使用状态,并将终端装置检测到的数据存储、处理和分析,供管理者统计分析。设计了电动车充电桩电气保护系统,除短路保护和漏电保护外,同时还配备急停按钮实现突发状况停止充电桩工作功能。
经过调试,本系统能够实现预期的功能。使用者首先刷卡,卡识别正确后再输入密码,验证正确后,使用者根据系统的提示到指定充电口充电。

Abstract Environmental pollution and energy shortage is becoming the important issue that China's sustainable development and building a harmonious society must face。 Electric vehicles as a kind of green transportation which can effectively replace fuel cars , no matter from the perspective of environmental protection or energy perspective, electric vehicles need to have a big development in the future。
This article use for reference the experience of electric vehicle charging stations at home and abroad, consult the relevant literature, learn about the research progress of electric vehicle charging stations at home and abroad, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of electric vehicle charging technology, make the overall scheme of electric vehicle charging system。 Starting from the aspect of the selection of main control unit of electric vehicle charging pile, so as to analyze the working principle of the programmable controller PLC ,selecting the hardware of electric vehicle charging pile, designing the control system of electric vehicle charging pile。 Complete the design of the software of the control system , including the design of each module’s communication protocol and the design of PLC program, make it meeting the requirements of data communication of each module, and realize the collection of real time data information of electric vehicle charging continuous,adopted radio frequency technology non-contact, speaking, reading and writing at the same time 。 Independent design of the software of PC system management, can real-time reflect each charging pile using state, and the terminal unit detected data storage, processing and analysis, statistical analysis for managers。Electric protection system designing for electric vehicle charging pile , in addition to the short circuit protection and leakage protection, also equipped with abrupt stop button and realize emergency stop charging pile work function。
After debugging, this system can realize the expected function。 Users firstly using the credit card, if the card identification go right you can enter the password, verify correct, the user can use the specified port charge according to the charging system prompts to 。
