摘要本文涉及一种 HIFU 超声波高强度聚焦治疗系统中的脱气水处理装置设计。脱气水处 理装置主要包括真空脱气膜、真空泵、水泵、电磁阀、水过滤器、水槽等。可以实现水的 净化处理、脱气处理。与传统的脱气水处理装置不同点在于此装置采用了 PLC 控制系统 来控制脱气过程。阀门、泵的开闭不需要人为操作，能够节省人力，能够实现自动模式下 的正常脱气过程，包括实现水槽的恒温处理、各电磁阀门、水泵的控制，从而完成正常的 脱气过程，同时能够实现在手动模式下的用户端排水过程。79979

Title  PLC System Used in The Water Degassing Equipment

Abstract This paper involves a design of a water degassing treatment system used in High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) system 。Water degassing system equipment includes a Vacuum degassing membrane, Vacuum pumps, Water pumps, Solenoid valves, Water filters, Water tanks and so on。 This equipment can be used in purification and treatment of water, water degassing treatment and the pressure control in the water degassing process。 The system is different with the traditional water degassing system because it uses PLC device to control the whole process。 The Solenoid valve and the pumps used in this system will be controlled by PLC system not by human, so it can help to save human resources。 This equipment can do the normal water degassing process in auto mode which includes the permanent temperature treatment in water tank and auto control in Solenoid valve and pumps。 In the same time it can realize the drainage process in manual mode which can help to improve the water degassing effect。
