摘要:基于交通事业不断发展,城市车辆数量越来越多的现状,本文针对传统人工管理车辆时对车牌识别效率低下,成本偏高,工作繁琐枯燥且容易出错等问题,设计了一种以MATLAB作为开发平台开发的车辆牌照识别系统。车辆牌照识别系统主要包含了图片载入,图像预处理,车牌定位,字符分割,字符识别五部分。图像处理模块包括车牌区域的识别分割提取,图像灰度化,倾斜校正,图像二值化,清除毛刺,擦除反色等步骤。车牌区域的定位分割主要通过rgb三基色找到车牌区域的上下左右边界从而找到车牌区域并进行分割。字符分割使用的是对二值化后的那部分车牌用用函数设定分割阈值,用矩阵分割完成字符的分割。字符识别通过建立一个模版库通过模版匹配比较分别对车牌上汉字,字母,数字进行识别。该系统能够智能的对车辆牌照进行识别并且以字符形式将车牌上的信息输出。在此系统帮助下,车辆的管理得以更加清晰化,智能化,其有效的提高了交通管理的效率,使城市车辆管理科学化,正规化,具有广阔的应用前景。80016

Abstract: With the development of transportation, the number of vehicles has become bigger。 This paper designed a vehicle license recognition system based on the platform of MATLAB, according to the presentation condition of low efficiency traditional manual management of vehicle license recognition, high cost, tedious work process, high error rate and etc。 The vehicle license recognition system mainly includes image loading, image handle, license plate location, character segmentation, character recognition five parts。 Image processing module includes a license recognition region segmentation, gray image, tilt correction, image binarization, Clearing burr, erasing the color and other steps。 The location of license region segmentation mainly through the three primary colors RGB found the license area below the boundary so as to find the area of license segmentation and character segmentation。 Use the value of the two part of the license of the use function of setting the threshold segmentation, using matrix complete character segmentation。 Character recognition by template matching respectively to establish a letter Chinese characters on the license。 A template library, digital identification。 The system can be intelligent on vehicle license recognition and to form characters on the information output。 With the help of this system, the management of the vehicle can be more clear, intelligent, and it can effectively improve the efficiency of traffic management, and make the city vehicle management scientific, standardized, and more broad application prospects。
