摘要:随着微处理器、计算机和数字通信技术的发展,可编程控制器已经广泛地应用在几乎所有的工业领域。它的优点是可靠性高、易操作和灵活。本论文主要讨论的是运用西门子PLC S7-300来进行对交通灯、霓虹灯、流水灯的设计和利用MM440变频器实现对5.5kw交流电机变频控制系统的设计。主要运用的硬件有西门子PLC S7-300、交通灯、霓虹灯、流水灯的面板、MM440变频器和5.5kw电机。软件方面主要采用的是编写梯形图程序的方法实现四个设计的控制要求。本论文整体设计思路和功能,从满足各个设计的控制要求为起点,统筹考虑了其他方面的因素,确保整个设计安全可靠,操作简单实用。其中前三个设计主要实现的是对灯的亮灭、闪烁的控制,而最后一个5.5kw交流电机变频控制系统的设计实现的功能主要是对电机速度的控制。10486

Abstract:With the development of microprocessors, computers and digital communications technology, programmable logic controllers are widely used in almost all industrial sectors. It has the advantage of high reliability, easy operation and flexibility. This paper focuses on the application of Siemens PLC S7-300 for traffic lights, neon lights, water lights .besides,it also set out the design that how to use S7-300 and MM440 transducer to finish 5.5kW frequency conversion control system of AC motor design. Main hardwares are Siemens PLC S7-300, panels of traffic lights, neon lights and water lights , MM440 transducer and 5.5kW motor. Software is used primarily to prepare design of ladder diagram programs realizing the four controls. as a whole, design idea and features of this essay , meets all the design control requirements as a starting point, integrated and take into account other factors to ensure the safe and reliable design, operation is simple and practical. The first three of which were designed primarily to achieve control over light blinking light and death, and last 5.5kW motor frequency conversion control system mainly focus on motor speed control.
