摘要在日常生活中,不同的茶饮冲泡时需要不同的水温。消费者在饮用时 的口感往往取决于冲泡时的温度,过高或者过低的温度都会使口感降低。 而传统饮水机不能智能提供不同水温,因而不能满足人们对不同茶饮的 不同冲泡温度的需求。82332
基于以上需求,本文实现了一个具有声控调温功能的饮水机。该饮水 机使用 STC89C51RC 单片机芯片,可以让用户自行设定温度,饮水机就 可以提供该水温的水。本文首先对温控饮水机的实现进行了可行性分析。 然后介绍了 STC89C51RC 芯片的主要性能和特点,并阐述了饮水机实现 中所需的水温、水位、键盘、红外、语音识别等模块。之后给出了饮水机 的设计和程序实现。最后,利用 Keil 4 和 Proteus 进行联合仿真调试,测 试了饮水机不同条件下的工作情况并做了具体分析。
实验结果表明:饮水机实现方案简单易行,可以实现智能检测水温, 智能加热,语音控制等功能,可以满足人们对冲泡不同茶饮所需不同温度 的需求,可以用于家庭、办公、咖啡店等场合,所以具有较大的市场竞争 优势。

Abstract In daily life, different teas require different brewing temperature。 When drinking teas, consumer's taste often depends on the temperature, which will reduce the taste whether it
is too high or too low。 The traditional water dispenser cannot provide different temperature intelligently, therefore it cannot meet the demand for different temperatures of different teas。
Based on the above requirements, this paper implements a water dispenser which has the function of voice control to adjust temperature。 The water dispenser uses STC89C51RC microcontroller chips and allows users to set temperature on their own, so that the water
dispenser can provide the water of the certain temperature。 First, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the realization of the temperature control water dispenser。 Then STC89C51RC chips were introduced in this paper, including the main performance and characteristics。 The modules used in the process of implementation of water dispenser are expounded,such as water temperature,water level,the keyboard,infrared,voice recognition, etc。 Then design and program implementation of the water dispenser is presented。 Finally,the joint simulation debugging of the software and hardware is completed by Keil 4 and Proteus。 Under different conditions, working condition of water dispenser has been tested and made a concrete analysis。
Experiment results show that implementation scheme of water dispenser is simple and can realize intelligent detecting water temperature such as the intelligent heating, voice controlled,and other functions。 The demand for different tea brewing needed different temperature will be met。 The water dispenser can be used to family, office, coffee shops and other places, so it has a larger advantage in market competition。
