摘要 空调设备已经成为了人们生活的必备品。如今,人们越来越重视空调的舒适 性和节能性,而风机盘管作为空调系统的末端设备,对于控制室内的温湿度和空 调的节能性有着直接的影响。通常情况下空调机组都以最大符合运行,不仅舒适 度不是很高,而且还造成了巨大的能源浪费。随着控制技术的日渐成熟,利用控 制软件、数模转换模块、温度传感器等器件的有机结合,构成由温度控制风机盘 管机组的自动控制系统。 83576
本文以北京昆仑通态自动化软件科技有限公司研发的组态软件 MCGS 为平 台,设计了一种根据房间温度来实时控制风机盘管状态的系统并实现了对系统的 直接控制。首先在进行了文献检索的基础上,对某型空调器风机盘管的结构及工 作流程进行了研究,对其控制要求进行了分析;其次根据控制要求进行了总体方 案设计;随后进行了硬件的设计与选型,本控制系统的硬件由温度传感器、通信 模块、电脑等组成;然后进行了软件的详细设计:设计了控制流程图、控制界面、
趋势界面,编写了控制策略脚本程序,进行了软件测试。最后进行了软硬件联调, 使用研华 4000 系列模块及上位机进行了控制功能的实际测试。测试结果表明该 系统能够通过对风机盘管状态的控制来达到对房间温度的调节。

This paper in Beijing Kunlun Pass state automation software technology Co。, Ltd。 developed the MCGS configuration software as a platform, design a real-time control of fan coil system according to the temperature of the room and the realization of the direct control of the system。 First performed a literature search based, on a certain type of air conditioning fan coil structure and working process were studied on the control requirements are analyzed; secondly according to the control requirements of the overall scheme design, which is followed by the design and selection of hardware, the hardware of the control system is composed of a temperature sensor, a communica t ion module, a computer, etc。; and then the software detailed design: design the control flow chart and control interface, interface trends, write the script program of control strategy, software testing is done。 Finally, the debugging of hardware and software, the use of Advantech 4000 series module and PC test control function。 The test results show that the system can achieve the control of the room temperature through the control of the fan coil。
