本文主要介绍了基于霍夫曼编码和译码的图像压缩和重建，对霍夫曼编码译码 原理进行了详细的分析，阐述了图像压缩和重建的基本步骤，并利用 MATLAB 软件 进行编写程序、调试程序、仿真实验，最后对实验的结果进行分析，得出结论。
