摘要随着不可再生能源的日渐枯竭,太阳能作为循环清洁新能源,在农业、交通、宇航等众多领域得到了广泛的应用。
针对现在普遍家用太阳能热水器存在无法对水温进行监控以及对水位检测的问题,本文提出一种太阳能热水器的水温水位检测系统的设计方法,其主要研究内容包括:
(1)对应用太阳能热水器的意义、国内外的研究现状、发展前景以及市场竞争进行详细的分析和总结,并依据研究现状以及市场分析提出了基于单片机的太阳能热水器水温水位检测系统的总体设计思路。84305
(2)详细分析了每个模块所用到的芯片的工作原理、内部原理图、引脚功能,针对设计要求设计出水温检测、水位检测、显示等模块的电路图,并对电路图的工作流程做了详细分析。
(3)根据太阳能热水器水温水位检测系统的设计要求,将各个模块结合形成完整而系统的电路图,并设计出每个模块的程序流程图,依据程序流程图编写了基于C语言的控制程序。
(4)在Protues仿真软件中绘制硬件电路,并在KEIL软件中编译控制程序,通过KEIL软件与Protues仿真软件的联调,实现了水温水位的检测和显示、设置水温范围的功能。

In view of the present general household solar water heaters exist not to water temperature monitoring and the problem of the water level detection, this paper proposes the design method of a solar water heater water level detection system。 The main research contents include:

(4) In the Protues simulation software rendering hardware circuit, and the KEIL software to compile control program。 Through KEIL and Protues simulation software debugging。 Realize the water level and water temperature detection and display, set the temperature range。
