摘要晶间腐蚀是Incoloy800H合金在长期高温条件下的主要失效形式,与晶界特性密切相关,采用形变热处理的晶界工程方法可以优化晶界特征分布,有效地改善Incoloy800H的抗晶间腐蚀性能。本文通过电子背散射衍射技术等方法,研究冷轧变形量、退火温度、退火时间等三个工艺参数对Incoloy800H合金特殊晶界比例及晶界结构的影响,揭示形变热处理工艺对Incoloy800H合金抗晶间腐蚀性能的影响,得出Incoloy800H合金经过15%冷轧变形在1050℃下退火45min后,合金的抗晶间腐蚀能力最强。87801

Title The research of grain boundary character distribution of Incoloy800H alloy
Abstract Being the main failure mode of Incoloy800H alloy under high temperature for a long period, intergranular corrosion has a close relationship with grain boundary characteristics。 By adopting grain boundary engineering based on thermomechanical processing, distribution of grain boundary characters can be optimized, and intergranular corrosion resistance of Incoloy800H will be improved remarkably。Using electron back scattering diffraction technique, this article studies the influence of the three process parameters, namely, cold rolling deformation, annealing temperature and annealing time, on special proportion and network structure of grain boundary of Incoloy800H alloy, reveals the influence of thermomechanical processing on intergranular corrosion resistance of Incoloy800H alloy, and makes such a conclusion that Incoloy800H alloy, after being processed with 15% cold rolling deformation and being annealed for 45 minutes under a temperature of 1050℃, will have the strongest intergranular corrosion resistance。源-于,优Y尔E论W文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018`766
