摘要非晶合金的力学性能尤为突出,其硬度、弹性等均优于传统合金材料。虽然非晶合金在具有如此多的优异性能,但是其缺陷仍然不能忽视。块体非晶常温下的塑形很差,对其断裂方式分析发现其为剪切断裂,如此短板使该材料在应用领域也受一些限制。87842

   本文通过实验将SiC骨架与Zr41。2Ti13。8Ni10。0Cu12。5Be22。5复合,改善非晶合金性能。以骨架作为非晶合金的增强相的显著特点是可以对非晶合金三维方向的剪切带蔓延产生阻碍,使非晶合金产生塑性。并且SiC骨架质量较轻,可以减轻其作为结构材料的重量。骨架和非晶基体都是连续相,两者产生了良好的互补作用,骨架与非晶合金都可以满足三维连通,并且互相之间起到约束的作用,解决非晶合金内部局部应力过高问题。同时通过实验对其不同温度温度下的复合工艺进行探究,对不同温度复合工艺得到的试样通过DSC、XRD、压缩力学实验等进行分析。

In this paper, the SiC framework and Zr41。2Ti13。8Ni10。0Cu12。5Be22。5 composite are combined to improve the properties of amorphous alloys。 The remarkable characteristic of the reinforced phase with the skeleton as the amorphous alloy is that it can hinder the spreading of the shear band in the three-dimensional direction of the amorphous alloy。 And SiC skeleton quality is lighter, can reduce the weight of the structure material。 The skeleton and amorphous matrix is continuous phase, both produced a good complementary roles, skeleton and amorphous alloy can meet the three-dimensional connectivity, and mutual constraints play a role to solve the problem of excessive force local stress in amorphous alloy。 At the same time, through the experiment of different temperature and temperature of the composite process to explore, the different temperature of the composite process of the sample through the DSC, XRD, compression experiments, and so on。
