摘要通过对高强铝合金多层结构整体钎焊原理的研究,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了高强铝合金多层结构整体钎焊过程的有限元模型,并针对高强铝合金多层结构模型钎焊温度场和流场进行了数值模拟。在数值模拟过程中,分别得出了不同钎焊温度和保温时间下LF21高强铝合金钎焊过程的瞬态温度场分布和流场分布。根据模拟的结果分析,高强铝合金多层结构模型的四周温度高的钎料较早熔化,而中间的温度较低钎料还没熔化。在一定范围内钎焊温度越高,保温时间越久,LF21高强铝合金有限元模型的中心温度分布区域越小,温度梯度也越小。液态钎料的平均流速越大,流动速度分布越均匀,速度梯度越小,流动越规律,预计钎焊效果最好。24536

Title The simulation research of flow field during the brazing process of whole multilayer structure of high-strength aluminum alloy
Abstract
Based on multi-layer high-strength aluminum alloy structure overall brazing principle research, high strength aluminum alloy was established based on scaled fem software ANSYS,and in view of the high strength aluminum alloy multilayer structure model of brazing temperature and flow fields are simulated。In the process of numerical simulation,the transient temperature field and flow field distribution of LF21 high strength aluminum alloy brazing process which under different brazing temperature and holding time were respectively obtained.According to the result of simulation analysis,high strength aluminum alloy around the multi-layer structure model of high temperature solder melting earlier,and in the middle of the low temperature solder haven't melt.The higher brazing temperature within a certain scope, the longer time of heat preservation, the center of the finite element model of high strength aluminum alloy LF21 temperature distribution in the area is smaller, the temperature gradient. Liquid solder the average flow velocity, the greater the flow velocity distribution more uniform, the smaller the velocity gradient and flow the rule, is expected to soldering effect is best.
