远程涂覆YAG荧光薄膜的制备和光学性能表征

本实验采用制备薄膜的方法为旋涂法,旋涂法制备薄膜仪器简单易操作,而且使用方便,能够快速制备出一定数量的荧光玻璃片样品供实验测试使用。

摘要:本文采用旋涂法制备了可用于远程涂覆的YAG荧光薄膜,用该方法制备的YAG荧光薄膜解决了大功率的白光LED荧光粉与蓝光LED芯片接触过于密集不利于LED的芯片散热从而影响LED的发光效率,工作寿命的缺陷。我们使用石英玻璃片作为衬底,将YAG荧光粉、铋酸盐玻璃粉和有机粘结剂这几种药品充分混合,然后制成荧光浆料涂覆到玻璃衬底上,再经过干燥后放入马弗炉中烧结,最终烧制成具有一定透光性的荧光玻璃片样品。之后我们将测试荧光玻璃片样品的一系列性能,通过控制变量和设置样品的梯度,来探究不同的荧光粉浓度、不同的荧光粉掺杂和不同的玻璃衬底表面粗糙度对所制成的样品光学性能的影响。

Preparation and optical characterization of long-range YAG coated fluorescent thin films

Abstract: In this paper, a YAG fluorescent film can be prepared for remote coating by spin coating. The YAG fluorescent film prepared by this method solves the problem that high-power white LED phosphors and blue LED chips are in close contact with LED chips, which is not conducive to heat dissipation of LEDs, thereby affecting LEDs. The luminous efficiency, working life defects. We use a quartz glass plate as a substrate, and fully mix YAG phosphor powder, tellurite glass powder and organic binder, and then prepare a fluorescent slurry coating on a glass substrate, and then put it after drying. It is sintered in a muffle furnace and finally fired into a sample of a fluorescent glass sheet having a certain translucency. After that, we will test a series of properties of fluorescent glass samples, through the control variables and set the gradient of the sample, to explore the different phosphor concentrations, different phosphor doping and different surface roughness of the glass substrate The effect of the optical properties of the sample.
