摘要本实验研究了曲拉通(OP)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDS)、硫脲(TU)三种试剂对硅钢盐酸酸洗的抑雾、缓蚀效果,制定了一系列的实验方案优选出最佳配方的复配型抑雾剂,并对在不同酸洗时间、酸洗温度、盐酸浓度下的抑雾率、缓蚀率变化进行了比较。还通过对比实验对抑雾剂是否影响酸洗质量进行了研究。实验结果表明,最佳的复配抑雾剂比列是1.2%OP与0.004%SDS,本复配抑雾剂在40℃下,最佳抑雾率为29.03%;12%盐酸浓度下,最佳抑雾率为26.82%;在19℃下,最佳缓蚀率为89.43%;在9%盐酸浓度下,最佳缓蚀率为76.55%,抑雾剂的添加对后期氧化铁红的品质并未造成影响。29442

Abstract
The issue study the corrosion with fog effects of the hydrochloric acid lotion, with added solvents such as OP,SDS and TU on silicon steel. We make out a series of experimental schemes to choose the best formulation of additives in mixed fog inhibitor and compared it’s changes in different pickling time, different pickling temperatures and different concertration of hydrochloric acid.We also studied on whether an inhibitor influences the pickling quality by contrast tests.The results showed that the best formulation is the mix of 1.2%OP and 0.004%SDS.This inhibitor has a high inhibition of acid fog, The distribution of fog inhibitor in 40℃,the best mist suppression rate was 29.03%; In 12% concentration of hydrochloric acid, the best mist suppression rate was 26.82%; In 19℃, the best corrosion rate was 89.43%; In 9% hydrochloric acid concentration, the best corrosion rate was 76.55%, the fog inhibitor added to HCl doesn’t affect the quality of iron oxide red.
